SMT's Digiscan Service is a non-destructive electronic leak detection scan for inverted roof assemblies.

An SMT technician will visit the project site during construction or renovation, and scan the membrane for damage / deficiencies that may lead to leaks if not repaired.

Areas that need repair are immediately communicated to the roofing contractor, followed by a detailed report of their findings.

Digiscan 360

The Digiscan 360° is an electronic leak detection tool used for real-time roof and waterproofing quality assurance. The Digiscan 360° unit allows non-destructive testing of waterproof membranes to identify small breaches, insufficient membrane coverage and penetrations from external sources such as forming nails or embedded rocks. It is approved for ASTM D7877.
