SMT is involved in the construction of NAVÍO at the Creek, by Concert Properties. These five new buildings are located at 95 East 1st Avenue. They consist of a large waterfront park, enhanced greenway and bikeway connections with approximately 750 homes, including rental housing owned and operated by the City of Vancouver. NAVÍO is currently ongoing and is to be completed by Summer 2018.
SMT took part in scanning a number of levels of the 14-story building 1. This was done using DigiSCAN 360° services to detect leaks before and after the membrane is covered, along with the installation of permanent monitoring sensors, (Building Intelli), which monitors the membrane to provide real-time analysis and data.
